Resident Director:

Disney’s 101 Dalmatians Kids- Created and implemented curriculum for 4th grade students related to character development, basic acting vocabulary skills, stage presence and movement for a musical. Coordinated all teaching artist and production personnel to mount a full production.   Coordinated with the principal and teachers to integrate rehearsal plans and performance curriculum into the daily lesson plan schedule in the classroom.

The Chief’s Bride-Developed a writing project relating to the play, which involved the shared history of
the students with their past. Students created individual collage, which then lead to a written
script.  Presentation of the script with fellow students to parents concluded the project.

A New Musical: MS 911: A Middle School Story-Refined and taught an acting curriculum to develop the fundamental acting skills of students.  Coordinated and integrated the work of the music and choreography teaching artists into the final production.  Created and taught an acting skill based curriculum based on Stanislavsky’s “The Magic If” .

Musicals: Developed and implemented a daily schedule of theater arts, skill based musical theater activities, with teaching artists and counselors. Coordinated and implemented blocking rehearsals with choreographer to mount production.  Supervised all aspects of costume, set, lights and prop construction.
